Am i screwed?

I've had a medical assessment appointment that I missed today. I am sick with my heart condition at the moment as well as my anxiety, can't tell the difference sometimes.
Anyway, my house phone is cut of at the moment so I haven't been able to contact them to tell them that I am to breathless and in pain to travel and when I call on my mobile it just randomly cuts out.
I haven't even got a new medical certificate, I've been that bad. I feel like I'm screwed as I can't contact them and it's not even my fault.
Is there anything I can do?

The only thing I can find is an email to ministers, will that count.

When you are able to get another medical assessment, contact Maximus who used to be ATOS and ask for a home visit, if that suits you best. Also, contact your GP and ask for a letter to be done to send to the Assessors , to give reasons why you require a home visit.
