Aromatherapy oils are great to just to have to sniff.

Lavender is a firm favourite as is geranium and clary sage.

My favourite site is www.essentiallyoils.com but any chemist / health shop will usually have a few .

    Hi Heidi,

I love aromatherary oils and I have different selections to use with what mood I am in. I often find that burning oils can be so calming. Another thing you could do is put a couple of drops on a hankie or tissue then you can smell it anytime!

You could buy a book on aromatherapy oils which will tell you what different oils are used and are best for. Try www.amazon.com or you might get it cheaper on www.ebay.com the online auction site. Also if you have an aromatherapy shop in the US they might have a leaflet on what different oils do.

    Hope this helps,

    Take care
