Hey there all,
My name is Abbie I'm almost 22 and I have been dealing with anxiety issues on and off since I was about 12. These issues have mostly been extreme worrying/anxious thinking and panic based but have also crossed over into agoraphobia, social phobias and depression.
I am determined to kick this, I have done it before. But by kick this I don't mean rid myself of anxiety, because of course we all experience it, the trouble is the way we react to it.
So by kick it, I mean simply stop letting anxiety make choices for me. My aim is to leave peacefully beside the worry monster instead of trying to fight it constantly.
