Hey guys,

So i've been having panic attacks for about 8 years now. As the years have gone on i've found and lost plenty of coping techniques. At the minute I find being outside in the fresh air helps along with some breathing exercises.

I was just wondering if anyone else has ended up losing theirs? A few of mine just don't work at all anymore. Also wondering if anyone has any specific or unusual techniques of their own. Just got a job so hoping to improve my arsenal against the p.a's!
