Been to hospital 7 times ekgs bloods chest xray all fine the doctors say its anxiety related my chest is full of tension causing sharp pain in my heart sending me in panic I just cant relex any one else have this advise please rodds

Have they mentioned costochondritis?
It mimics more serious stuff and scares the hell out of you but is harmless other than it hurts a bit, well a lot!
Does it get worse when you take in a deep breath or when you press upon your ribs?
Easier said than done but try not to worry, they have checked you out properly.
