I'm having a HA nightmare. After a few days of the same niggling headache on the right side of my head and neck, today I began massaging quite intensely to try and relax my muscles. Lo and behold I may have massaged so intensely that a lymph node popped up on the exact same spot.
Cue days of more anxiety, all because of me.
I have no other point to posting this, I'm just mad.

If you know it was caused by you massaging it, why worry?
