hiya Nic, I havent been posting for ages, I know [:I]. I ve been feeling pretty bad the last couple of weeks. I ve stopped taking a benzo cold turkey, so I went thru horrid withdrawal symptoms. I am a bit better now that I am back on diazepam but I am doing a taper ( progressive reduction over a certain length of time). Thats to prevent the withdrawal symptoms to occur again.
To those who have a problem coming off benzos or anxiolitics (that includes zopiclone !), or problems with withdrawal, then go to www.benzo.org.uk , this site has been my companion , it helped me thru this, and they know much more than doctors. Which is very helpful you can imagine.
