I'm back!!!

Just lettin you all know that I am back. Needed a break again.
Things have finally calmed here at last n I can c the light at the end of the tunnel.
I've had one CBT session at home which went very well. She def saw that atm it is beta to c me at home so she will do that for a few weeks. She has been on holiday this week so will have another next week(which is good cos i have a wee cold atm)
Have missed you all and am here to support u all as always.
