poisin ivy remedies??

All week I have had a poison ivy rash. It's pretty much from my bottom lip down my jaw and throat/neck to my collar bone and a little on my chest, belly and arms. Usually I just get it in little spots but not this time! I've been using ivarest. Which is doing a good job of drying it out. But now my skin is dry and flaky( feels like fish scales) and some still broke out in the rash. The poison ivy meds actually burn like crazy to apply and I can't deal with it. So right now I'm miserable. It burns, itches and stings all at once and I have no idea what to do. I'm allergic to Aloe but I'm open to any other treatments if anyone has any ideas!!

My husband got my cortisone cream that has helped a lot. I had that on most of the day but as night got colder I switched to the ivarest so it doesn't itch during the night. I hope I. An sleep all night!!!!

I have had poison ivy before but never like this. I'm starting to think it's not poison ivy. The rash is clearing up but it still itches and stings. The cream stops the itching but I've never ever felt this before.
