hey all just a thougt ive had a really bad day today been having pains in my armpit side area and under my nipple on my left really unnerving especaly since i started going days without worrying about stuff so i thought ide make a helpfull thread

so yeah im trying to make this helpfull to others
when you are all paniced up and worked up how do you calm yourself down and stop thinking about the worst illness you have and also tell us what you should not do ide like as many people as they can to help this so people can refer to it

me i was taught to take a deep breath through your nose count to 3 then breath out and reapet till you feel calmer.

also to think positively its very hard to do but it works wonders.

and i also remember ive been though this so many times and hope it gets better.
