It's a positive thing, why not celebrate it?

    Well done, Beth!

My dad gave up about 7 years ago. He says he sometimes still feels like one now & again but he's never relapsed. He smoked over 40 years (gave up briefly many years ago for a short time, then later tried to quit by reducing and got pretty low but rebounded) and it was a cancer scare that made him really take notice of it. No cancer luckily but just being in for tests was enough to make him face up to it. I bet there are many that have that experience.

Glad he was ok! Yeah in the end I think it was making my anxiety worse, because it is a stimulant.
