Weird feeling just below chest bone

Hi everyone
I've been dealing with anxiety (HA) for months now, and it has been better, but now there is such a weird symptom that I'm starting to worry again.

I have this weird feeling right below my chest (like 1cm) but above my stomach. It feels like butterflies, and makes it difficult to breath. I mean, I can breath normally I guess because I can sing normally and stuff, but still, it looks like I can't breath properly. When I don't think about it, it goes away, but that's with most of the HA symptoms, but it's really annoying so I would love to have an explanation for it, or know if anyone else has it too..

It's always a good idea to check with a doctor about symptoms. I wonder if it's some kind of spasming in your diaphragm from anxiety. Doesn't sound heart related.
