Does anyone get a fast heart rate through out the day on and off? When I was on meds I ever felt this or maybe I'm in tuned to it now. If I'm cleaning or making the bed my heart can race maybe to 124 I don't exercise and I have to start is that normal. I have an EKG on my phone and I check and it's fine I'm so deringbif my anxiety is causing it or my hormones I just got off the pill about 12 days ago so not sure what to think.

I just opened the site to ask the same thing... My heart rate is 110-120 since 6 six hours ago, and is normaly 80-90, I don't exercise much and today I went to play football, i don't fell bad or anything, but this really bothers me. If anyone could explain, cause I am not going to google, for sure rsrsrs.
