Depends if you was doing anything or if you know you have anxiety?

135 isnt a problem per se unless you have any other effects like dizziness, pain etc

I was just sitting down.

I was anxious though getting worked up about the school run.

That was my only symptom of anxiety.

If it gradually reduces over time, then it's probably anxiety. Heart arrhythmias tend to start and end suddenly.
