Going to talk to my therapy about my latest worries



hand pains, pains in my breast area, my heart should be good as my blood pressure is fine. I know I am suffering from a cold so i would ache more,

I got a few weeks break from therapy

still got my cold and cough, I keep talking to my therapy about my testicles because I am still worried, even though I got checked in Novemebr 2018,

worried about my leg pains and hand pain because of my cold, and me making myself cough so much, I felt the room spinning and wobbling

My mum got her kit in the post for bowel screening, she won't dp hers after Christmas incase it gets lost in the post

I've got mine too and it's been put in the drawer. No point doing the test until after Jan 1st.

I was talking to my therapy about checking my poop as I am worried about my poop being dark brown some day, I am worried what qualifys as black

I was tested in 2009 because I thought I had bowel cancer with my abdominal pains

Worried about my cough, whether it advance testicle cancer as I am worried about my testicles again.

I am worried about my testicles because I know I have cysts there, but keep thinking I can feel over things I had an exam by the gp last November 2018.

Still worried about my hand with this spot, nf, keep thinking it is skin cancer, or a benign tumour on my hand. it has not grown or bled.

I don't have a meeting to February now, I am trying to put into practice what the other person does with me with therapy, but I worry about every symptom I have and get

I am worried about my back pain whether this is cancer, and whether my teticles are the reason why. I am doing badly with not checking as much.
