new help for me

My mum results came back fine, from her first bowel screening poop test thingy

I went to my group session and one to one session this week

I am worried about my back still, my testicle, poop, urine etc. still worry about every symptom, sometimes I feel butterflys sickness in stomach.

I thnk everything is symptom is bad.


It is hard to get myself sorted

I am worried about my sister she been told she needs to go for an appointment (camera up backside, due to piles, some bleeding now and again.

she has had a baby in the last 3 months, so she been told this is one of the reasons why it could be happening.

Sounds like you have a lot going on, so understandable you're anxious, Phil.

Keep working at therapy and I'm sure you will gradually begin to reap rewards

I'm sure your sister will be fine, Phil and is just suffering from routine problems which women can get after having a baby.

Your therapist wouldn't want us to be giving you reassurance about your own symptoms. Keep going with the therapy-it's hard but you will learn to manage your HA. Remember how your anxiety went down when you were on holiday recently?

My problem is I still find it hard to believe people I am okay, we talked about % of the type of cancers I am worried about which I think I have got.

I have not been to the gp since November last year, and think I should go as I worry about every slight change in my body and i think it is cance,r every bump, lump etc

I know as you get older you get changes to your body. but I think everything is cancer

My sister is going because one of her friends mum left her symptoms of bleeding and did not post her kit back, and her friends mum had bad news and did not live

It's a shame you don't have more help with your NF because it can't be easy dealing with that and having HA. Is there still no chance of having a visit from a specialist NF nurse or being able to see a nurse at the hospital's NF clinic?

We are planning our next cruise, looking at Asia now. If I go I be carefully, females may be chatting me up more.

I am trying, however I am still worried about my testicles and bits, that it is cancer, even though i been told I am fine, I am concerned about these cysts as well down there.

I have told my therapist person about my worries. I say it like a drug checking my poop, wee and testicles all the time.

I have had anxiety a long time now.
