Went to pcych today she upped my Fluvoxamine to 50 mg for a week and 100 after that, she said it can be upped after that. I am hoping it will help with the OCD and anxiety.

50mg is the minimum therapeutic dose so it's likely you were too low, however some people do find half minimum doses help. See where it takes you. Studies of it in OCD have ranged 100-300mg according the professional section on Drugs.com.

As far as I can tell at 50mg you get over 80% occupancy of your Serotonin whereas as 25mg it was more like just under. That might make a difference as that's only like how the % shifts as people move from something like a therapeutic minimum dose of Cit at 20mg to a 40mg dose (different %'s but the shift upwards is a similar value).
