Ever since I was a teen I wanted a penpal, I tried many times but the only responses I ever received were older guys looking for a special friendif you catch my drift. My desperation for anyone led me to the most destructive and dangerous relationship of my young life.
My only friend abandoned me after high school and my attempts at friendships with coworkers crashed and burned. My anxiety keeps me from meeting new people... my husband cannot fill the role of being both my spouse and only friend.
I have an unbelievably busy life filled with a husband, 2 dogs, a cat, work, and night classes - yet it is also unbelievably lonely, which is why I would love to find some pen pals looking for friendship.
