Pain in back, sides and belly after eating?

Not sure If this so IBS but the last few days after I eat something big or small I get pains in my belly, back and sides. I also feel I need to pass gass. This is new for me. Could it be IBS?

Hi yes it could be. I am also having a problem with bloating after eating. Gas can cause some terrible pains which can move about and even mimic a heart attack. Rub your tummy and try walking after eating to try move it so it can pass through.

I too have been feeling discomfort after eating for awhile now. Feels like pressure on the upper left of my stomach. I am certain my anxiety is making this worse.
