I can't quite find a definitive answer to this anywhere..

maybe im imagining this but I feel like my anxiety starts to rise really when im due another dose.

I take it about 10am and then again at 4pm. I feel really jittery by 3:45pm usually and can feel little waves of anxiety starting.

imagination or do I need to take my doses about every 5 hours?

Are you taking two or three doses a day? Generally when starting or changing dose levels, three times a day will help to even out the bumps. After a while, once the new dose has built up in your body, you can try switching to twice a day.

Apart from that, people with anxiety often have increased anxiety when taking a new medication or changing a dose - fears of possible side effects, hopes that it will work and fears that it won't, general negative feelings about taking medication and a wish to be med-free, fears about tolerance and habit forming potential - there are many reasons.

I guess it will even out soon then. i've only been on 200 for a few days and 250 a day or 2. Hopefully i'll get some good effects at 300 (100 3 times a day).
