    Random Pains

Does anyone get random pains in their arms and legs? It can be achy or sudden/deep or tingling, or like a tight feeling, almost like I need to stretch constantly. Sometimes only lasts a minute or longer. Very inconsistent. I am a 22 year old female who has had health anxiety since I was 14.

Sound so like a very subjective experience, so it's hard to say whether or not you and I feel the same sensations. However, like many anxiety sufferers, I do get tingling in my arms and legs. I also get a creeping, dull, restless ache in my lower legs occasionally. It does seem to be linked to anxiety. It always goes away in the end, and if it really bothers me, I'll take a paracetamol, which always seems to shift it. It often seems to me like a message from my body that some exercise is required.
