Hi everyone,

I actually joined last week but only just noticed this section.

I'm a 29-year-old male from the UK currently going through what I think/hope is a spell of health anxiety and nothing more sinister - I've posted my story on the Health Anxiety board... I've had episodes of anxiety in the past where I've convinced myself there was something seriously wrong with me but, of course, each time I experience new symptoms in new circumstances, I'm certain it's the real deal.

I came across this forum by chance on Google and it seems like a great place. It's been reassuring reading other people'a stories who've gone through similar things.
