Trying to be rational about IBS

Yes it is but I just wanted to reassure you that you "just" have routine IBS symptoms which will be aggravated by your anxiety.

O don't have colorectal cancer but I do have fistulizing crohn's and my symptoms are nothing like you described. It definitely sounds like ibs

I have had IBS for like a year 6 months off and on it is insane. Like everyone else I agree that diet and stress have alot to do with it. You have IBS the Dr said so.
