    Yes i need to fix my sleep :( he even said but it's so hard to get up in the morning but yeah I've read through a couple of things

    Healing is directly relational to the effort you put into the homework you've been given. I'm curious as to what your therapist thinks about posting here.

    LOL ironically I'm a professional musician with crohn's and ibs. You should hear the music my intestines make while digesting I always laughed at the nurses using a stethoscope to periodically check for bowel sounds during my hospitalizations.
