Someone please advise. Suffering nervous breakdown/anxiety/panic/depression and eat but not much. The past 8 days I have not been able to go to the loo, taken senokot, laculose, syrup of figs and today tried suppositories and just will not pass! I am panicking over this now, although there is no blood and because of the way I am I sit a lot and have little interest. Has anyone any suggestions for clearing this problem to ease my bowels and my mind?

Try drinking more water and eating more roughage as well

Thank you, just got a huge bottle of water by me and started drinking and trying to eat, although I don't feel like it. Walking? Well I will try but the way I feel right now I just want to curl up in a corner!

Exercise like walking is good for everything including bowels
