Fear of broken thumb

I'm so sorry to plague you guys with another stupid post but my anxiety has been out of wack these past three weeks and now i'm having a great day(or not ) i'm not going to rant about it because i have one specific issue on my mind right now and that's having a fractured thumb or something like that, i was sitting there watching tv and i kinda had my hand clenched and resting against my leg and the next thing i know my hand slipped a little and my thumb clicked and now it hurts even when i bend it and feels like a sharp nerve and of course i can only think of one thing and that's that it's broken. i'm just currently a scared mess right now which is fun(more sarcasm oops)
