I've been wondering if mistaking mini panic attacks for heart palpitations. It goes by so fast. One minute I'm sitting and the next it's like a shot of adrenaline in my chest. In a panic I jump up and gasp and then it's gone.

Possibly this could be Anxiety related, i have suffered similar symptoms myself.
Is this constant? has it been effecting your day to day routine?
All i can offer is advice and support, if its really getting to the point of invading your life and routine, id go and see a GP to be on the safe side
