Probably not (if I'm to guess, you usually can't) but since you've only written 4 post, my guess is the easiest way is to set up a new user and ask to have the old one closed down...

Admin have to change usernames for you - let me know what to.

We do not allow members to create multiple accounts so creating a new one is not the way to get round this.
