One sided breast pain

Hi panicking like mad here, at breast clinic on Friday morning, keep getting shooting pains under my armpit. Also aching at top of breast, as previously posted I have been told it is hormonal and muscular but my mind is working overtime. Please advise if anyone else had had this, my mind is working overtime. Convinced I have breast cancer, one is slightly bigger than other and it is on the same side. Help I am going mad!!!!

I had this last month, and it did slightly worry me (I had pains in my left breast, to the side of it, near to the armpit) but after a while I realised that it was just muscle pain, and could have also been hormonal too as my period was due.
