    Yeah, I hear you. At least I can close my mouth when I come across mirrors. But the compulsion to check is strong :(

    14 months in now, do you think this is enough time to let this fear go 🥺

    Logically yes I think so Fishman but my mind still says yes you have it . I just long for the fear to face so badly I don’t think I’ve ever felt so low . My life is a mess and so am I

    Anyone able to offer some sound advice on climbing out this als rabbit hole ?

    Now 18 months of living in it - sometimes I feel like I’m just about to reach the top and then I’ll have a bad week with twitching like this week and I am right back at the bottom again .

    I feel like my left arm where I seem to have a hot spot right now is getting weak. I tried to do a finger to nose test this morning and I felt like my co ordination was seriously off .

    Done an arm workout tonight in the house and I seem okay ... I wish this worry would just go away .
