I DID IT!!

hi guys i just wanted to let you know that i went to the theatre last night (monday 19th october) me - 1400 other people and joan rivers.
to start with i wanted to flee but i held on and had a really good night
if anyone had said to me that i would be in a packed theatre earlier this year i would have laughed at them but hey i did it
i hope this gives some hope to anyone who thinks they will never be able to enjoy the things they have lost to anxiety
