worried about testicle cancer and bowel cancer once again

I am worried about bowel cancer with my poop, sometimes it comes out in small bits, followed by one big piece, other times one big piece. trying not to google. my poop is always a brown colour.


Also worried about my tecticles I know I should not check them too often as I will make them sore and ache, the more I check myself the more I think I can feel a lump, I cant feel any hard lumps,. lumps what dont move, I know one testicle can be bigger than the other which is normal for me.

I went for a tc ultrasound in May because the GP I saw thought he felt a lump down there and it turned out to be some cysts, I went back in September to see another GP because I was still worried he could feel the cysts. In November I had a mark on my scotrum which I was worried about now I am worried still about my testicles and this cancer worry still.

I am currently 33 but know as you get older this cancer gets rarer but I am still worried, we dont have any family history. I just worried every pain ache I get anywhere in my body is cancer cancer cancer

Yes I am still wating for therapy but scared I have something wrong with me.

I know I should not be reading about tc, but articles in the past like John Hartson who waited four years to be checked out, Lance Armstrong etc etc

Also my testicles dont feel rock hard, feel smooth, from what I have read on this forum with various post people have had said will feel like a wallnut/stone/pebble attached to your ball, will be hard lump, your testicle will be bigger because of the lump etc etc.

I Know I should only check once per month, but checking once per month if not enough for me, but if I did this I will more likely miss sometimes if I had a problem.

I did have a camera up my backside in 2013 and nothing was seen, we dont have bowel cancer family history either. can poo come out in bits depending on what you eaten and drink. Also can stress do I.

I am worried about the change in bowel habits meaning, but looking on shape on the Internet, I have read the Bristol Stool Chart, the specialist never asked about stool shape

I am scared I am serious ill with my poo shape

my eating habits are okay, maybe drinking a bit too much water.

I dont feel sick.

Why I am so interested in my poop, any brown shade is okay, it has never been black.

With having a Sigmoidoscopy in 2013 and that was clear should I be worried about my poop, and bowel cancer at this stage, I dont know how long a polyp takes to form if I do have polyps, before it could be come serious.

I know I am drinking more water, I think sometimes on holiday my poop in different comes out in bits, all depending on what I eat and drink. I am scared of this.
