    absolutely petrified please someone help

I am absolutely petrified I've got als or mnd or something like ms. I have frequent muscle twitching randomly. Tingling in my feet and my toes also twitch downwards like something is pulling them. My left hand feels really stiff and I always get pain in my wrists. My hands also twitch too. I have head jerking and like a crawling sensation throughout my body too. If I lift something my arm goes completely weak and I cannot lift anything afterwards. Even holding my phone is a struggle. If I smile my cheeks hurt and start twitcjing. Does this sound like one of those disease. Absolutely petrified as it seems to be getting worse! Really stiff jaw and neck too!

    Go and see your Doctor.

Judging by your other posts its just you worrying and hyper-focussing on normal sensations.
