HA has really kicked up- can never relax

I've been really tensed, stressed, and consumed with anxiety for 1-2 weeks straight.

Physically my shoulders through my chest feel like I've just finished a really heavy workout- but no reason to have been sore.

I've had sound in both ears since Saturday which is like when your flying in a plane. I went to the doctors today and he said it's tinnitus. But unlike some things I've read online he said that it is cureable and does not nexcessarily stick with you. Told me to take Claritin and a nasal steroid for 1-2 weeks and it should go away. If not he said he will send me to a specialist. But of course I'm worried about that too, what if it doesn't go away and what if it gets worse?

I find it's worse when I'm just sitting around, nothing to occupy my mind. Nighttime is always the worst as I occasionally suffer from nocturnal panic attacks.

Reoccurring worries are a stroke (my BP was 132/80 today at the doctors- so good) and even when I get a high it's typically 150's over 90's and a few minutes of breathing brings it down.

I worry about MS as well

And then of course heart attacks. I've posted before that I've had full blood work (Total cholesterol was 150) and everything else was in range. I've had multiple EKG's, stress test with EKG (cardiologist says once a year he may see someone do as good as I do) and also an Echo which was also ok.

Occasionally I worry my throat will close up and I won't be able to breathe.

I'm probably about 20lbs overweight and my resting heart rate is about 50.

For anyone else they would probably take great comfort in the test results but of course I continue to worry.

well for starters, 50 resting rate is super good. almost athlete like.
if you're worried all the time you're muscles are tensed all the time and will eventually
    ache.
all the worries you have are the same ones I see on here every day
notice how it's always the scariest untreatable things you fear?

It's just like the typical impending doom scenario. I've had 2 or 3 periods in my life like this.
