Newcomer from anxiety zone

Hi guys I'm drew and I'm 22. I had been on anxiety zone by found this site when I was looking for an alternative. I have depression, severe hypochondria, social anxiety and insomnia due to underlying anxiety. I'm a college student or a university student for those in the U.K. I currently go to group counseling when classes are in session and looking into individual counseling. I'd like to come here for reassurance and to help others when possible.
