Colon Cancer Pretty Much Convinced

So I've been having this weird symptom for about 2 in a half weeks it's been weird flat stools I'm pretty sure it's colon cancer even though I'm only 21 years old my symptoms fit perfectly. The thing is can anxiety cause you to have bowel movements that don't have time to fully form I'm getting really bad nerves and it's causing me to go and it's always flat and soft. Should I try to get a colonoscopy it may be hard because of my age but if I have to I'll lie about it and say I have more symptoms then I actually do

It's really not a good idea to exaggerate your symptoms in order to convince the doctor that you need a colonoscopy. Colonoscopies are not without risk and should only be done when there is a clinical need.

Anxiety can really affect your bowels. Talk to your doctor about your fears and see what he suggests?

I've had flat stools and left sided abdominal cramps for over a year now. My doctor says it's just ibs. If you don't consume much fiber I would suggest doing so. If you decide to up your fiber intake make sure it's gradual, and drink plenty of water too.
