    Websites to Check out...

I have been looking for resources to support me with my health anxiety. I found these two great resources a while back and thought I would share them with others...

The first provides some great information about reassurance seeking:

This one has a self help module that you can do (specifically about health anxiety)

    Re: Websites to Check out...

Hi I've just joined today so this is my first post! I'm 45 now and have suffered with health anxiety since I was around 11. The past 12-18 months have been the worst yet, despite me being on Citalopram which my GP has now changed to Sertraline. I'm feeling a little different but I'm only just over 2 months on sertraline. I have a lump in my breast which I found last Tuesday, GP Wednesday, hospital phoned Thursday to offer me an appointment this Thursday (tomorrow). Needless to say I am awash with feelings of doom and gloom and horrendous anxiety. I regularly search for resources to help me and I found a particularly helpful one for me - I felt as if I could have written this. I hope you get something out of it too.
