    Kalms, do they actually work?

Has anyone here found that Kalms actually work if you take them for a long period? I've been taking them for about a week (2 tabs three times a day) and they don't seem to be doing anything at all? Not sure whether I should carry on as they're about £4 for 100.....

I have never tried them but there are loads of posts on here so just click on search and enter kalms and that will find them all.

Have a read - you will get other people's opinion on them.

I tried them for a while and they were no more use than smarties , but then that's me. For others they may work.

I have tried Kalms and loads of other herbal/alternative remedies and never had any success with them. If you have longterm gad and panic I don't think they will be of much use. However if you have just recently started feeling a little more anxious than usual etc then they might work for that and for very mild anxiety conditions.

    Hi

I agree with everyone else, I think your wasting your money, I tried them what a waste of time and money.

I use rescue remedy, it works for me, I carry it in my bag and take a few squirts when i need to. Its not too expensive, has anyone else used it.
