Looking for regional reviews

[unreal43]

Hi, i've recently signed on to the NHS for help with depression and anxiety, but so far, in my area, there hasn't been much to inspire confidence!
I'm mainly here to see what other people's experiences are with GP's, the main psychiatrists (who seem to sit behind this big wall!), etc.
I hope this is the right place for it.

I've already learnt something new, derealization, which is exactly how i'm feeling now! I've been trying to navigate the site and find some info already, but no joy.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, i'd be most grateful!
