I'm dreading Xmas due to my Ibs c like some people on here are,at the moment I have pain in the tops of my legs and right groin does anyone else suffer with this..?

Yes, I often get pain in my legs and groin when I get ibs. Hope you're feeling better now.

Ibs puts pressure on your lower back and gluteal muscles which will cause leg and groin pain.
