Woke up this morning and went to get out of bed and my whole calf muscle went into a complete knot. I know this is quite common but I've never had it before. There was a hard knot/lump on my calf. My partner rubbed and rubbed and after about a minute it disappeared. It has however left me sore. Has anyone had this before? I'm worried it may be a DVT as I had one before.

It's a muscle cramp not a DVT!

Lol Fishmanpa, direct and to the point! That's what I need! Never had one before. A huge lump popping out the back of my calf that was rock hard!
