10 days on this and really bad night sweats

Hi I have been on this medication before along with mirtizapine but cant remember the night sweats .
I have had 10 days now at 50mg and I've had the upset stomach and nausea etc but the last 3 nights have had really bad night sweats .
Just wondered if this was common and does it get better or do you always get the night sweats or is it just the start up .

Oh god yes. Night swets freaked me out. I'm only 30 and thought I was going through the menopause. Also my stomach was off. Bouts of diarrhea. Don't worry x

Well it's 13 days now at 50mg but not feeling any benefit yet and the anxiety is very high .
I will stick with it though as the doctor has given me 5mg tablets of diazepam which I am using until hopefully the sertraline kick in .

It can takes weeks or even months for the good effects to kick in. Here's hoping that you are one of the lucky ones and it works quicker for you.
