    Back Pain

I have a really bad pain in the middle of my back between my shoulder blades.

It feels as though someone has thumped me in the back and I am left winded.

Can anyone else relate to this.

Hi ya the back pain is because of anxiety and stress related, go to your doc they will help you out, a few weeks ago i had the pain so bad i couldnt move and was having to crawl up the stairs on my hands and knees just to get to the loo. Since sorting the pain out i have been having panic attacks ...Hope youre feeling better soon xxxx

I have this and have it really bad. It is stress related and been to the Doctor and Physio. The only thing that really works it Massage. The muscles tense up so bad that some times you would think that when you breath it comes right through to your chest and also the knife in the back pain. Try a warn water bottle and heat rub. Strenght out your shoulders really helps.

The shoulders and neck are prime sites for stress related tension - I agree with TT that a good massage would help you no end. Do you have a partner or willing friend who could help you out in this respect?? If not, it might be worth paying a few quid and treating yourself to a professional version

    Best wishes, Jo xx
