Truly shocked at this one, I watched a lot of cricket and he was just my era....
Rest In Peace Shane Warne, aged just 52

Just seen it on my news feed. It's no age to go.

Saw Shane Warne's death come through on my phone this afternoon, after getting Rodney Marsh's death this morning. Two cricket legends in one day. Sad day for Australia.

Very sad news to hear this about Shane Warne. He terrorised a good few batsmen in his time. And Rodney Marsh too. Yes two legends of cricket.

    Linda Baron at 82. RIP.

Probably best known for playing nurse Gladys Emanuel in Open All Hours.

I used to love Gladys Emanuel….she certainly kept old Arkwright in check.

Typical northern lass of that era "get off you great apeth". Granville seemed to get further with her than Arkwright since she was always smothering him with her state registered nurses assets
