I hate the phrase but I've used it recently.
Hi, I'm Colin and I have suffered from depression and "mood swings" for about 30 years. The mood swings range from weeping for hours to screaming like a madman and punching walls until I break myself.
Never taken any perscription meds to deal with it until 00:00 tonight..
Yes, I have a nice new packet of sertraline 50mg * 28 next of me.
1st Jan 2017 is the first day of the rest of my life.

In the same boat re depression Colin been med free for a while now you take care and good luck with the new meds Happy new year
