I have been on sertraline since July and should point out that in May I was diagnosed with MS. For medical combined with personal reasons I had an abortion in July. In August I had a colposcopy on my cervix due to an abnormally shaped cervix but that thankfully was all clear. But since November ( so 3 menstrual cycles) I have had lighter periods and then 5 to 7 days after my period has finished I have had pink discharge turning to brown. Very very light. TMI but after 5 hours the lightest tampon isn't even 1/4 covered and it's not masses. Only lasts a day. But why? I'm petrified although I have read that antidepressants can cause abnormal bleeding and spotting etc. Anybody has this happen?

I should also add that my nipples have been so sore a week before my period and during too. They only stop being sore when my period ends before the discharge starts.
