Has anyone tried Rennies Deflatine and if so do they help and are there any side effects?

Hi yes, I've used it quite a bit. No side effects that i'm aware of as you can give it to children from 12 years old and it's Rennies which is a trusted brand. One of the active ingredients in it is Semeticone which none of the other Rennies has, and this is what works for me really well. Was it me who told you about it? I know I told someone about it recently.
