Just wondered if anyone has any experience or comments about them ?

    Thanks

I got mine from Amazon and it cost about £26. It stays cool and definately keeps your head from overheating! They are not like a traditional pillow tho, they are quite flat and best put on the top of existing pillows.

Really interested to hear how successful it was. It looked a bit unconfortable from the picture, and didn't really explain how it works, does it contain water or something?

I just forked out for an air conditioner on e-bay in anticipation of the record breaking hot summer that is predicted.

OK, have used it for two nights now and I have to say I am impressed. It's quite amazing how it stays cool.

eeyorelover ... the 'pillow flip' move is EXACTLY what prompted me to get it !!

You fill it with some water, but you then get rid of all the air. So it ends up about half an inch thick with NO water bed sensation.

I have put mine in my pillow case, and to be honest I really can't feel it, you soon get used to it.

It has made a big difference to my sleeping though !

I've seen something like this in Lidl last week think I'll get one, sure it was cheaper too!
