Doc apps scheduled... nervous!

I've been having dull achey upper back pain in one spot (behind my left shoulder blade) off amd on for a few years. Sometimes I won't feel it for months but lately it's reared it's head again. I wonder if it is acid reflux or something wrong with my esophagus? I notice it happens most in the morning. Had anyone had symptoms like this? Trying to not have a panic attack before my doc appt Monday morning.

I guess this a lot, although I believe it's from the way I sleep. Sometimes i'll even get a muscle spasm there that radiates to my chest. Could it be the way you are sleeping?

Thanks Ethansmom. It might be the way im sleepimg. I've been having some very tense nights lately...waking up with headaches etc. I almost feel silly going to the doc when it comes and goes and I'm not in excruciating pain. That's what I hate about HA ...I never know what I should be worried about anymore. I will probably ask her for help with my anxiety while im there.

I dont go to the Dr often, but when I go I try to cover all the stuff that has been happening. I never feel like they take me serious.

I am terrified to go to the dr. Even for any routine tests.
