i've not tried that i can't really say if it works but it could possibly be a plaebo, i find Cinnamon really helpful(not too sniff though haha) i just sprinkle some in my warm milk at night, i have also have herbal nose inhalers made from natural ingredients and whenever i'm feeling anxious like on the bus i just take a nice whiff and i'm all good x

Havent tried it, but I've tried lavender oil. It helps a little.
